  • The condition to start using the Online Store is the acceptance of the Store Regulations.

  • In order to conclude a Sales Agreement via the Online Store, go to the website, select the product, taking further technical steps based on the messages displayed to the Customer and information available on the website.

  • When placing the Order - until the "Order" button is pressed - the Customer can modify the entered data and the selection of the Goods. To do this, follow the displayed messages and information available on the website.

  • After the Customer using the Online Store has provided all the necessary data, a summary of the placed Order will be displayed. The summary of the placed Order will contain information on:


  • the subject of the contract,

  • the unit price and the total price of the ordered products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any),

  • selected payment method,

  • selected delivery method,

  • delivery time,


  • In order to send the Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Regulations, provide personal data marked as mandatory and press the "Order and pay" button.

  • Sending the Order by the Customer is a declaration of will to conclude a sales contract with the Cztery Pory Roku company, in accordance with the Regulations.

  • After placing the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail containing the final confirmation of all essential elements of the Order.

  • The contract is considered concluded at the moment the Customer receives the e-mail referred to above.

  • The sales contract is concluded in Polish, with the content in accordance with the Regulations.

  • The delivery of the Goods takes place to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.

  • The ordered goods are delivered by Royal Mail or by courier. Delivery costs are indicated at the time of placing the Order.

  • The time of delivery is from 1 to 3 business days from the date of sending the Order by the Customer.

  • If you do not receive the parcel, please report it within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the type of delivery chosen.

  • Customers can access these Regulations at any time via the link on the main page of the website and download it and print it out.

  • Consolidation, security, disclosure and confirmation to the Customer of the essential provisions of the Agreement for the sale of Goods takes place by sending the Customer to the e-mail address provided and by attaching a confirmation printout and Order specification to the shipment containing the Goods.

  • Commodity prices are quoted in British pounds and include all components, including VAT, customs duties and all other components

  • The customer can make the payment:


  • by debit or credit card

  • payment from the PayPal account,

  • by bank transfer to the bank account number.


  • The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason, by submitting an appropriate statement in writing, within 14 days and sending it to

  • The 14-day period is counted from the day on which the Goods were delivered.

  • The right to withdraw from the contract by the consumer is excluded in the case of:


  • goods that go beyond the standard offer of the store, prepared for the customer's special order and tailored to their individual needs;


  • in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.



  • In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered void. What the parties have testified is returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the scope of ordinary management. The return should be made immediately, not later than within 14 days.   • The Goods returned by the Customer should be packed in an appropriate manner, ensuring no damage to the parcel during transport.

  • The cost of packaging and returning the goods is borne by the customer.

  • The Cztery Pory Roku company as a seller is responsible to the Customer for non-compliance with the Contract for the sale of the Goods purchased by that consumer.

  • Complaints arising from the violation of the Customer's rights guaranteed by law or under these Regulations should be sent to the address or fill out the complaint form available in the customer's panel. The store undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if it was not possible, to inform the customer during this period when the complaint will be considered.


  • In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of consumer law shall apply, including Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000, Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Directive 97/7 / EC, Electronic Commerce Directive 2000, Consumer Rights Act 2015.
