SHIPPING AND RETURNS

• The products we sell are shipped primarily to customers living in the UK. For this purpose, we cooperate mainly with the British post office: Royal Mail. 

• The shipping cost is determined individually for each order (* the amount and delivery time are shown in the basket)

• We ship the goods to you within 48 hours after the payment is credited to our account (* excluding weekends)

• All orders over £ 35 are shipped to you free of charge. (* in the UK)

• The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason, by submitting an appropriate statement in writing, within 14 days and sending it to the address  biuro@czteryporyroku.co.uk

• The 14-day period is counted from the day on which the Goods were delivered.

• The right to withdraw from the contract by the consumer is excluded in the case of:

1. goods exceeding the standard offer of the store, prepared on a special order of the client and tailored to his individual needs;

2.in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the package cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery.

• In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered void. What the parties have testified is returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the scope of ordinary management. The return should be made immediately, not later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned to the following address:

• The Goods returned by the Customer should be packed in an appropriate manner, ensuring no damage to the parcel during transport.
